Review of Features, Specifications and More:
The Samsung LSP9T [available here] is a 4K ultra short throw projector built on single-chip DLP technology. It employs a triple-laser RGB method (without a color wheel) and operates on the open-source
Tizen operating system, which is Linux-based.
The projector can display an image size ranging between 90″ and 130″ diagonally. Based on the throw distance chart from the spec sheet PDF, to achieve a 100″ diagonal projection, the LSP9T projector needs to be positioned 4.4″ away from the wall. It should rest on a stand capable of accommodating its 14.4″ depth, resulting in a total distance of at least 18.9″ from the wall. Additionally, the lower edge of the projected image will sit 13.8″ above the platform on which the projector is placed.
In terms of specifications, it offers a brightness of 2800 ANSI lumens and supports HDR10+ and Filmmaker mode. Connectivity options encompass Ethernet, three HDMI ports, a USB port, optical audio output, and an RF input suitable for a DTV antenna or ClearQAM cable connection. It features Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and comes equipped with 40-watt speakers. The projector also integrates with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Bixby voice assistants and comes with a remote control. Its dimensions measure 21.7″ in width, 5.6″ in height, and 14.4″ in depth.
