Service and Support
We typically partner with DHL as our preferred courier service, which ensures delivery to most EU and UK destinations within two days. Each truck is equipped with a tail lift, and the driver will bring the screen right to your doorstep. Should you need additional assistance moving the product inside, feel free to request help from the driver.

Post-Sales
If an issue arises, please first capture a video of the problem using your smartphone and send it to our email - sales@ust-projector.com - or fill out the "Report an issue" contact form.
Should you be unable to send a video, we ask for a detailed email description of the problem. We'll then advise you via email on potential solutions.
If the issue remains unresolved through email guidance:
1. We'll provide a free replacement if the malfunction arises within the initial 30 days of receiving the unit.
2. We'll pick up the unit, conduct the necessary repairs, and then return it to you.
We suggest keeping the protective packaging during the warranty period. If it's been discarded, we can supply replacement packaging for a nominal charge.
